To help you select the best time for your session, please know that we recommend:

  • No food 4 hours before your test
  • No water 2 hours before your test
  • No caffeine, nicotine or other stimulants 4 hours before your test
  • No exercise on the day of your test until after your session

This will ensure the best accuracy from your test.
